If you need proof of your meeting attendance please on the following link. If have questions about an already submitted request, reach out to groundedattendance@gmail.com.  Do not e-mail to request a verification.  All verifications must use the link below.

  • Your name as you want it to appear on your verification
  • Date and time of meeting you attended
  • Your e-mail address


Google forms has had a problem lately and we are working to get it straightened out as soon as possible
